Anders Halvorsen is currently working as Vice President for Global Public Policy at the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), a leading consortium of tech association members from over 80 countries/economies around the world (https://witsa.org/). Anders has worked at WITSA since January 1998, covering a wide range of issues, including helping develop the program for WITSA’s flagship event, the World Congress on Innovation and Technology (WCIT), managing the WITSA Global Innovation and Tech Excellence Awards (presented to select individuals, academic institutions, corporations, NGOs or governments whose use and applications of digital technologies exhibit exceptional achievement), as well as drafting substantive policy positions on a wide range of issues of concern to industry and engaging with member associations around the world as well as likeminded organizations and key stakeholders, including the WTO, UN, OECD, the World Bank, APEC, ITU, UNCTAD, ICANN, and IGF. Prior to working at WITSA, Anders worked as an executive officer at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (External Economic Affairs Department), the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and European Commission DG XIII (Telecommunication, Information Technology, Industry & Innovation).

Gregers Reimann is the managing director of IEN Consultants Sdn Bhd, a pioneering green building consultancy operating in Malaysia since 2000 and specializing in low-carbon building designs that are highly energy efficient, have good daylighting, are healthy and connects with Nature for people to thrive.
In 2023, Gregers advised the city council of Kuala Lumpur on what building designs/materials/policies/incentives best can bring about the low-carbon transition of the city. The project was funded by C40. Gregers is also on malaysiaGBC working committee for the CarbonScore, an assessment scheme that assesses the carbon footprint of Malaysian buildings, including greenhouse gas emissions from embodied energy in building materials and from commuting transport.
Key building project references include the energy efficient GreenTech Malaysia building, winner of the ASEAN Energy Award 2020 in the ZERO Energy Building category, the ENERGY PLUS UniKL Sustainable Energy Living Lab building producing twice as much energy as it consumes, the Pertamina Energy Tower - the first skyscraper designed to be ZERO energy, and the energy efficient EECCHI office retrofit measuring 53% energy savings and the efficient, biophilic and multi-award winning ‘Paramit – factory in the forest’, winner of the 2020 World Green Building APN Awards.
Gregers is regularly contributes to green building articles and frequently lectures at universities. He has a keen interest to pursue innovative and integrated design solutions bridging the gap between architects and engineers. And is an advocate for low-carbon urban transportation systems and walks the talk by bicycling to work.

Ian Lim is the Field Chief Security Officer at Palo Alto for Asia Pacific at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, Ian travels the region extensively to interface with cybersecurity and IT leaders to offer his practitioner’s perspective on the AI risk implications, zero trust architecture, cloud security strategy, SOC transformation, and other relevant topics.
With over 20 years of dedicated cybersecurity experience, Ian has led global security departments in the CISO role for Fortune 100 companies deploying defense-in-depth capabilities to thwart advanced attacks. He has cross-industry cybersecurity expertise in the financial, real estate, and healthcare verticals, and has done on-the-ground work in the US, EMEA and JAPAC. He is also instrumental in developing governance policies and risk frameworks to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
On the publishing front, Ian is the principal author of "Information Security Cost Management" and "Securing Cloud and Mobility", and a guest author in Auerbach's Information Security Management Handbook (required reading for CISSP). Ian graduated from UCI with a Computer Science and English degree. He is currently an Executive Committee member at University of California Irvine (UCI) Cyber Research Policy Institute. In his free-time, Ian participates in 48 Hour Film Competitions where film-makers have to write, direct, edit, and score a short film in 48 hours.

Roger has earned the designation of Chartered Director (CD-SA), and is an internationally Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. He is an alumni of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (Austria).
To strengthen his international business knowledge, he completed the Global Executive Development Programme (GEDP) at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). He holds a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He has also attended the Applied Directorship Programme at Sirdar.
He currently serves on B20 India 2023 Action Councils and previously served on the Integrity Task Force of the B20 Italy and B20 Indonesia Roger is the current Vice-Chairman: Africa of the World Innovation Technology & Services Alliance (WITSA initially from 2009 serving in several offices including that of the Deputy-Chairman.
He is an active member of the Bretton Woods Committee, a committee that champions global efforts to spur economic growth, alleviate poverty and improve financial stability.
He serves on the board of the French-South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry and he is the Deputy-President of the Information Technology Association of SA.
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Directors of both South Africa and of India.
He has spoken at several local and international conferences including the AIM Congress 2023 in Abu Dhabi, European Economic Congress (Katowice), Economic Forum (Krynica), and several other international fora.
He has undertaken business visits to over 60 countries and has been a member of the business delegation accompanying the President of South Africa on several official state missions.

Bussemaker is the chair of the ‘Institute for Accountability in the Digital Age’. An association instigated by UNESCO in 2017 aimed to help define instruments for, and manage accountability in the Digital Age. Bussemaker has a passion for bringing people together in the Digital Age. He has initiated and helped run a number of (international) communities focused on linking Information Technology, Innovation and Impact. He has been working in the International ICT industry since the 80s. He started with a Dutch IT start up. Held various marketing and alliance positions including: CIONET where he was the Secretary General International Relations a community of over 7000 CIOs where he represented the community with international institutes like the European Commission. He is the initiator of the Global Digital Leader Alliance linking over 20.000 Digital Leaders from China, Europe, India, Japan, Russia, South America and the US. He is a founding member and vice-chair of the outreach committee of the ITU ‘AI for Good Global Summit, WCIT2010, WCC2012 and WCF 2104. He is a regular speaker and chair at international events and has spoken in Australia, China, Europe, Ghana, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, South-Korea, Sri Lanka and the United States. He has an MSc in Geophysics from Delft University.

Anthony is the President of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) www.ifip.org, headquartered in Austria, created under the auspices of UNESCO in 1960. IFIP is the leading international organization in Information & Communications Technologies and Sciences recognized by the United Nations.
Anthony served on the IT Industry Innovation Council for the Australian Government. He chaired the New South Wales Government ICT Advisory Panel and served on the New South Wales Government Digital Transformation Taskforce in Sydney, Australia.
He has also held senior management positions in multinational corporations and government, including as CIO of the Australian Tourist Commission during the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Anthony was awarded double Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Law from Monash University, Master of Laws in Media, Communications and IT from University of New South Wales and a Master of Intellectual Property from UTS (University Technology Sydney), in Australia.
