Roger has earned the designation of Chartered Director (CD-SA), and is an internationally Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. He is an alumni of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (Austria).

To strengthen his international business knowledge, he completed the Global Executive Development Programme (GEDP) at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). He holds a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He has also attended the Applied Directorship Programme at Sirdar.

He currently serves on B20 India 2023 Action Councils and previously served on the Integrity Task Force of the B20 Italy and B20 Indonesia Roger is the current Vice-Chairman: Africa of the World Innovation Technology & Services Alliance (WITSA initially from 2009 serving in several offices including that of the Deputy-Chairman.

He is an active member of the Bretton Woods Committee, a committee that champions global efforts to spur economic growth, alleviate poverty and improve financial stability.

He serves on the board of the French-South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry and he is the Deputy-President of the Information Technology Association of SA.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Directors of both South Africa and of India.

He has spoken at several local and international conferences including the AIM Congress 2023 in Abu Dhabi, European Economic Congress (Katowice), Economic Forum (Krynica), and several other international fora.

He has undertaken business visits to over 60 countries and has been a member of the business delegation accompanying the President of South Africa on several official state missions.

Bobby Liu is the Director of EIR at Touchstone Partners, an early-stage Vietnam-focused VC fund. This ensures that while looking at deal flow, he's still very much in the mix with founder development.

Prior to Touchstone Partners, he was a Senior Director of Topica Edtech Group and the Executive Director of the TFI, an early-stage accelerator.

The founder of Hub.IT, a co-working space/incubator, which was the inertia into the tech startup ecosystem. It was a space that provided young entrepreneurs a conducive environment to innovate and share collective experiences, and in the process contributed to building a great entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hanoi and Vietnam.

Bobby Liu actively mentors and advises startups in Southeast Asia. He is also an accredited mentor for the Google Developer Launchpad Accelerator and other startup programs.

Thaddeus is a co-founder @ e27 and also the company's Head of Programs. He is currently tasked to revamp and revitalise e27's Programs especially the Echelon and TOP100 Series. He has successfully executed and relaunch Echelon Asia Summit 2023, with 5,000pax supporting the return of the renowned large scale conference for Southeast Asia markets.

Jasmine leads Microsoft's Corporate External and Legal Affairs for the ASEAN region. With over 30 years of award-winning experience, she brings extensive expertise in legal, policy, regulatory engagement, and communications. Prior to Microsoft, Jasmine held leadership positions at Dell, the UNDP, and the United Nations Executive Office of the Secretary-General.

She is a recognized advocate for marginalized communities and plays a crucial role in advancing policies on accessibility and promoting women in the field of technology. Jasmine is the first Malaysian appointed to the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) by UN Secretary General. Her achievements have also earned her prestigious accolades such as the inaugural WIM's Tan Sri Napsiah Omar Women Leaders Award and the Global Leadership Award for ICT Excellence.

Jasmine holds a double degree in Law from the International Islamic University in Kuala Lumpur, pursued post-graduate studies in the UK, and earned a Ph.D. in business and human rights. With admission to practice law in Malaysia, UK and State of Washington, she is currently an Adjunct Professor in several Universities across the region and has received an Honorary Doctorate for her outstanding leadership and contributions in Public Policy and Governance from UNITAR International University

Dr. Ermo Täks is a highly skilled IT professional, known for his pivotal role in shaping the success of Estonia's e-Government initiative as one of its founders. Throughout his career, Ermo has spearheaded numerous development initiatives within the government sector, including the creation of the world's first Estonian Government Cabinet Meeting System in 2001. Inspired by this project he became an academic researcher in the field of AI and law, teaching and developing projects in Estonian and European Union level. Today he is working in the domain of healthcare data, responsible for implementation of the new IT security standard in the domain of Ministry of Social Affairs. Beyond his technical expertise, Ermo boasts a wealth of experience as a business consultant, collaborating with a host of globally recognized companies and governmental institutions.

Suresh has over 25 years of experience spanning senior leadership, operations and strategy across Asia with experience in the telecoms sector that spans the migration of 2G to 5G. Suresh was previously the CEO of edotco Group and spearheaded the transformation and growth of one of the fastest growing TowerCos in Asia. He has held senior roles at Sime Darby, the Boston Consulting Group, Maxis Communications and the Axiata Group.

He is currently one of the Founders and the Chief Executive Officer of EdgePoint, a telecommunications infrastructure company focused on building and leasing sharable and modern telecom structures as well as providing solutions such as small cells and in-building systems. EdgePoint is backed by DigitalBridge a leading investor, owner and operator enabling the next generation of mobile and internet connectivity through investments around the globe.A

After more than a decade in broadcast television with TV3 Malaysia and CNBC, Keith dived into the intersections of technology, gaming and consumer tech services, in marketing and business development roles with multinationals, SMEs and start-ups. He is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Publishing for games company GCL Global and an international news presenter for CNA.

Chloe is an environmental scientist by training, with years of experience as an urban data analyst dedicated to aiding stakeholders make data-driven decisions. After receiving her degree in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester, Chloe practised as an environmental consultant before joining UrbanMetry as a data analyst.

UrbanMetry harvests, cleans and analyses large amounts of city data through artificial intelligence and proprietary algorithms to extract trends and patterns in the built environment. Their work involves extracting actionable insights from large datasets to assist urban planners, financial institutions and other urban stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Currently, Chloe is also the product manager for UrbanVault, a mortgage application platform which empowers homeowners-to-be to take control of the home-buying process.

Matthew Tan is the CEO and Founder of Etherscan, the leading and most used blockchain explorers for the Web3 ecosystem

Hazwan is the General Manager for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation, where his team focuses on building a robust ecosystem that supports local start-ups and entrepreneurs, and providing digital empowerment opportunities in all corners of the state. He also leads several Sarawak STEM initiatives, as well as a founding committee member of the Malaysian Business Angel Network, Sarawak Chapter. He started his career in upstream oil & gas operations with PETRONAS, before expanding his skillsets working at a unicorn tech startup, and starting an education-focused social enterprise. As a member of the International Development Design Network (IDIN), he has carried out short-term development design projects globally. He was educated at Melbourne and Oxford in engineering, and loves all things tech.

Vincent Lim is the Managing Director of Asia Sales and is responsible for sales in Asia Pacific for ABS Global. Vincent has 20 years of experience in the telecom and satellite industry.

Prior to joining ABS, Vincent held various positions within the satellite and telecommunications sector.

His experiences include managing major accounts such as Network Innovations, Telekom Malaysia, TAP Digital, Globe Telecom, Astro, Transvision, Globecast, Fox, Disney and Viacom. He is well versed in the whole value chain of telecommunications and broadcast media.

Vincent holds an MBA from University of Strathclyde and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Erike Malonda is the CEO of ASECH (Center of Excellence on Smart City), which supports the smart city program of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Indonesia. The center was established in 2022 as an urban destination for benchmarking with best practices of hardware and digital solutions to solve various challenges. It provides a center for capacity building as an approach to implement smart city according to communal standards.

With over decades years of experience in sales & marketing, project management and corporate and public sectors events management, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry and extensive networks in these areas. Her expertise in bringing multiple stakeholders together to build the ecosystem is vital to the success of any project. Effective communication with all stakeholders is an important key that ensures everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.

Freda Liu is a Broadcast Journalist, Author and Adjunct Professor. She currently hosts The Shift (a show on sustainability) . She has interviewed thousands of thought leaders from Mohammad Yunus of Grameen Bank to Alex Stubb, former Prime Minister of Finland. She has authored 7 books including the best-selling "How Dare They" and is an adjunct professor for the School of Media, Art & Design at UNITAR International University. She is highly sought after as a moderator for major events.

Dr. Giancarlo Mangone is internationally recognized for his unique interdisciplinary expertise in planning, designing + implementing communities, strategies, + assets that maximize their socioeconomic+sustainability performance potential, in ways that achieve aspirational client objectives practically+within budget.

Implemented solutions have achieved world leading performance targets in diverse performance categories, such as: reducing municipal, business, and residence costs (up to 35% city capex + opex); economic, business, and industrial development; affordability; livability; circular economy; climate and disaster resilience; nature regeneration + community + economy integration.

Dr. Mangone currently implements sustainable masterplanning and policies with the United Nations in the Asia Pacific region, is a Senior International Planning Leader at DLR Group, and is Principal of the design research firm Wicked Solutions.

Azizah Ali currently helms the role of Chief Operating Officer at Microsoft Malaysia, leading business operations, marketing strategy, and overall business performance for the subsidiary while delivering successful digital transformation for its customers and partners.

An industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, Azizah has been a trusted technology leader and advisor for organizations and governments across Asia Pacific in enabling them to realize and achieve their digital transformation visions and ambitions.

Azizah started her career at Microsoft more than two decades ago serving multiple portfolios. Previously helming the role of Director of Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) Group, Azizah was instrumental in helping SMCs achieve their digital transformation goals by leveraging Microsoft solutions and Microsoft’s vibrant partner ecosystem.

Other assignment includes;

- Director of Public Sector Group for Microsoft Malaysia, leading key initiatives in establishing the framework collaboration model and eGovernment projects with the Government of Malaysia.

He has close to 30 years experience in telecom and ICT companies across Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia, heading sales, marketing, product, and managing mobile, fixed, Cloud, IoT, Data analytics and Cybersecurity portfolios.

He has led business turnarounds in both B2B and B2C divisions and has established both Enterprise Business Units, and ICT companies, across several markets/OpCos.

Prior to Celcomdigi, Pedro has worked in Vodafone Portugal, Oni Portugal, Spain and West Africa and Zain telecom across 8 Middle Eastern Markets.

He has an International MBA from Catolica | Nova | MIT, and a management degree, with executive management courses at London Business School.
