Alberto Patrón brings over two decades of groundbreaking expertise in the Telecommunications industry. As CEO and Founder of Condor Technologies he managed to expand the company footprint all over the world and getting several prestigious recognitions along the way. With an MBA from Universidad Torcuato di Tella and a System Engineer degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Alberto combines technical prowess with a deep understanding of business.

Actively involved in the business community he serves as the vice president of CESSI, the Argentinean Chamber of Software, as the vice chairman for the Latin America region of WITSA, the World Information Technology and Services Alliance and is part of the BoD of Polo IT Buenos Aires.

Alberto is equally committed to social impact, contributing to organizations like EMPUJAR, where he serves as VP of the board of directors, aiding disadvantaged youth in their journey to employment and collaborates with Fundación Potenciar Solidario to bridge the digital divide for educational institutions.

Bobby Liu is the Director of EIR at Touchstone Partners, an early-stage Vietnam-focused VC fund. This ensures that while looking at deal flow, he's still very much in the mix with founder development.

Prior to Touchstone Partners, he was a Senior Director of Topica Edtech Group and the Executive Director of the TFI, an early-stage accelerator.

The founder of Hub.IT, a co-working space/incubator, which was the inertia into the tech startup ecosystem. It was a space that provided young entrepreneurs a conducive environment to innovate and share collective experiences, and in the process contributed to building a great entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hanoi and Vietnam.

Bobby Liu actively mentors and advises startups in Southeast Asia. He is also an accredited mentor for the Google Developer Launchpad Accelerator and other startup programs.

Thaddeus is a co-founder @ e27 and also the company's Head of Programs. He is currently tasked to revamp and revitalise e27's Programs especially the Echelon and TOP100 Series. He has successfully executed and relaunch Echelon Asia Summit 2023, with 5,000pax supporting the return of the renowned large scale conference for Southeast Asia markets.

Hazwan is the General Manager for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation, where his team focuses on building a robust ecosystem that supports local start-ups and entrepreneurs, and providing digital empowerment opportunities in all corners of the state. He also leads several Sarawak STEM initiatives, as well as a founding committee member of the Malaysian Business Angel Network, Sarawak Chapter. He started his career in upstream oil & gas operations with PETRONAS, before expanding his skillsets working at a unicorn tech startup, and starting an education-focused social enterprise. As a member of the International Development Design Network (IDIN), he has carried out short-term development design projects globally. He was educated at Melbourne and Oxford in engineering, and loves all things tech.

Jit Nee is a corporate innovation strategist driving Maxis’ strategic innovation agenda to create value and competitive advantage in new areas of business. She is experienced in innovation culture building, venture-building and co-creation, leveraging collaborations with the Malaysian Innovation ecosystem including startups, government agencies, investing bodies and other corporates, and translating these efforts into solving real-world business problems within Maxis.

Jit Nee is also passionate about helping other corporates and startups navigate the challenges of working together to find synergies and create shared value. Her candid insights on this topic will give both corporates and startups a no holds barred view on corporate innovation and venturing.

Richard spent 10 years living and working in Beijing, China. He is a 5 times TEDx speaker and a digital storyteller of businesses, tech and Malaysian success stories.

Steff is part of the Programmes and Partnership Team based at TEGAS Digital Village. Having experience community-building and capacity-building programmes in both the independent and the corporate side in the Kuching scene, she is passionate about bridging the gap between both sides and aligning the goals towards better synergy.

Barry is the co-founder of ComeBy, a retail analytics startup that is invested by Maxis. ComeBy is a retail analytics solution that helps brick and mortar retailers track their shoppers' offline preferences and in-store behavior. An investee of Maxis, Malaysia's largest telco, ComeBy also counts brands like Puma and Al-Ikhsan Sports as clients.

With over 15 years of experience in economics, statistics, and running an award-winning omnichannel retail brand, Barry also consults for other retail brands on digital transformation and innovation.

He has 7 cats and 1 dog, and miraculously they all get along.

Ts. Hj. Mohammad Hazani (Ts. Hazani) is currently the CEO of Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (“MTDC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah, the sovereign wealth fund of the Malaysian Government. He sits on a number of board of MTDC investment committee.

He has vast experiences in fund management, venture capital and technology transfer, having been involved in the industry for the last thirty years, both locally and internationally, including having worked for a US Venture Capital fund in the Silicon Valley

he is also the former Chairman of the Malaysian Venture Capital Association (“MVCA”) and is a member of several Working Committees at the level of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI).

Ts. Hazani holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Sacramento, USA.

Janice is an experienced digital marketer with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as Head of Business Development & Operations at Newswav, Malaysia's #1 News & Content Aggregator. In this role, she drives the company's sales growth and operational excellence, leveraging her vast experience in marketing and media industry. Prior to joining Newswav, Janice spent nearly four years as the Regional Marketing & Product Director at Carsome, where she led the product development and marketing strategies for the company. Earlier in her career, Janice gained valuable experience working in GroupM, a respected media agency, and worked with prominent clients such as Nando's, Michelin, Chanel, INTI University, and more.

Dato’ Ng Wan Peng is a highly motivated professional with more than 30 successful years in the corporate and Government Incorporated Company (GIC) environment. She is an enthusiast in digital transformation that drives economic growth and she has led many key transformation initiatives that have benefited businesses and the community.

She currently serves as a board member of public companies and Government-owned organisations; including F&N Holdings, Hong Leong Assurance, IRIS Corporation, Securemetric, Digital Penang, Nano Malaysia, and Autocount Dot Com.

She advises Governments and corporates on National Digital Transformation strategy, and continues to play an active role as an advisor and member of industry associations, technology and NGOs, mentoring startups and judging for business competition and Awards.

Ng was with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation between 1998- 2020, including serving as its Chief Operating Office from 2009 until December 2020. She has led the successful implementation of the organization’s vision and strategy, championing the country’s digital economy and digital transformation agenda.

Throughout her career, she has built ecosystems around emerging technology including Data Technology, AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud in Malaysia, championed new economic models such as Sharing Economy, and Promoting Malaysia Globally. She is a regular speaker at international and national events and conferences, interviewed on TV, Radio, Social media and main media on market trend, technology, and management.

She graduated from USM and is an HBS Alumni.

Karla leads the Startup Community & ecosystem team at QBO innovation Hub, dealing

particularly with general awareness, learning and collaboration initiatives for innovators

and partners who want to engage in the startup space.

Her previous work in the former DOST-ICT Office now Department of ICT gave rise to her

drive to serve in the startup community, having been involved in the national deployment

of the agency’s earlier startup initiatives which included startup bootcamps for teachers,

awareness roadshows and the first few runs of the Philippine Startup Challenge.

Carrying this drive for nation-building and innovation has led her to continue her work at

QBO where she aims to contribute more in building an inclusive, supportive and fun

ecosystem for innovators and enabalers in the country.

Dr. Gang LU is the founder and CEO of tech media company TechNode Group (TechNode and TNGlobal), making him one of Asia’s most recognized influencers in the global technology sector. He’s also the co-founder of BEYOND Expo which is a fast growing and the leading technology expo and platform in APAC. Due to his remarkable contributions in building the international ecosystem for technological innovation, He’s awarded Shanghai "Thousand Talents Program" Expert, honored with “National Advisor” of UNIDO China, and received the Entrepreneurial Award of the British Council’s Study UK Alumni Awards (China & East Asia) in 2017-18. Dr. Lu got his Ph.D. in wireless communications from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Carlo Chen-Delantar is a founding partner of Core Capital which invests in the next generation of the Philippine’s most promising startups. As the Head of ESG at Gobi Partners, Carlo leads investments in innovative companies that champion sustainability.

Previously as an award-winning social entrepreneur, Carlo’s work as the Country Director of Waves For Water Philippines (W4W), a non-profit providing access to clean water, impacted one million Filipinos.

Carlo is currently a Circular Economy Pioneer at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, and was the Co-Chair of the Global Shapers Climate Action Steering Committee at the World Economic Forum.
