Anthony Raja Devadoss is the Country Managing Director, Korn Ferry Malaysia and leads the Executive Search business in Malaysia, supporting the rest of the practices and part of the Global Technology Markets team for the region.

Anthony Raja brings over 25 years of experience in cross spectrum of Board & Executive Search, HR Business Transformation Consulting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Leadership Talent development and Assessment within the region and globally spanning across industries. His areas of expertise in Digital Technology, Energy, Financial, Healthcare and Business/Professional Services & Telecommunications.

He brings depth of experience in managing board & leadership search assignments, end to end talent acquisition, talent development and transition projects across Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas. This includes organizations in growth and transformation stages with local large conglomerates, multinational firms and government investment organizations in public and private sectors.

Anthony is currently the Chair, GBS Malaysia [Digital Global Business Services Council Malaysia] a Global Business Services initiative of PIKOM - The National Tech Association of Malaysia, Treasurer of PIKOM, PIKOM Academy, Chair and WCIT2022 Chair – Program & Speaker. Anthony has been appointed as Research Fellow of National Human Resource Centre at HRD Corp, Malaysia to support human capital development and its long-term sustainability. ​He is actively involved in the country and region’s HR Services & Technology industry development and holds memberships in various National and international associations including Global Technology & Business Services Council.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Anthony spent 20 years with another Global Recruitment and Workforce solutions firm where he held several regional leadership positions. He was most recently the Managing Director & Business Head covering Asia Pacific and member of the board of a global talent management group in the US.

Ms Aster Wei is the Founder and Managing Director of Otti, the pioneer of brain-based training solutions to ignite human potential in the digital era. Under her leadership, Otti grew into a multimillion company within 3-years, becoming the trusted partner by organisations and government bodies in Malaysia to develop future-ready talents and leaders.

Aster’s background is in Neuroscience, specialising in Educational Neuroscience at University College London (UCL). Her expertise enables Otti to deeply integrate brain science research into human-centred learning design.

“As technology advance and start to humanise, what does it mean to be human?” With this guiding question, Otti innovates on training solutions in Digital Leadership and Human Agility to empower people to adapt and thrive in the modern digital era by developing agility, innovation and unique value creation.

Ganesh Kumar Bangah is an award winning serial entrepreneur and startup investor. Ganesh was the Ernst & Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Malaysia 2012 and one of Asia’s most influential people according to Society Magazine 2015. He was also recognised as one of South East Asia’s Top 30 Tech Founders by Tech In Asia in 2016 and was recognised as one of the most inspiring Malaysian technology entrepreneurs by Top 10 of Malaysia.

In 2020, Ganesh acquired a majority stake and became the Executive Chairman in ASX-Listed Netccentric Limited that rebranded to become Xamble. Xamble is one of the largest influencer marketing platforms in South East Asia with a network of over 20,000 influencers across Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.

Ganesh founded Commerce.Asia, an all-in-one eCommerce ecosystem in 2017. He grew Commerce.Asia within 5 years to have a database of over 8,400,000 SME’s across 7 countries with over 52,000 active sellers that with a volume of USD1.4 billion in 2022.

Prior to Commerce.Asia, Ganesh founded his MOL Global Inc. (“MOL”) in 2000. Ganesh built MOL to become one of South East Asia’s leading online payment gateways and the region’s first internet company to be listed on the NASDAQ in 2014.

Kenneth co-founded The Learning Curve in 2017 that help schools in Kuching establish organized STEM associations through streamlined training, infrastructure upgrades, and annual science fairs. Having more than 8,200 students in Sarawak, TLC specializes in effective STEM communication to children and young adults, seeding their early interest and passion to pursue studies/careers in Science and Engineering through curated workshops, rural outreach programs and STEM communities.

Ida is a firm believer in diversity and inclusion. She advocates that access to finance, health, and education should never be curtailed by credit, color, or creed. She firmly believes that blockchain technology provides the means to execute and deliver this.

Previously, Ida was an M&A and corporate commercial lawyer in London. With a passion for entrepreneurship, she has founded and built three startups, all of which were deployed on the blockchain. One of these startups was successfully exited.

Ida is also highly regarded as a thought leader in digital assets, CBDC, stablecoin, and blockchain payments. She is frequently invited as a keynote speaker in these areas and contributes her analysis and perspective to the blockchain scene. She also sits on and contributes to various documents for the Global Assets and Cryptocurrency Association, including a recent response to the range of proposals and measures initiated by the US SEC affecting crypto central exchanges and decentralized exchanges.

Her tireless work in increasing and improving women's diversity in the blockchain and Web 3 space has earned her recognition and awards, including the Tatler Asia Front and Female 2023, Global Top 100 Women of the Future in Emerging Tech (2023), and Most Inspirational Women in Web 3 (2022).

Adrian Gaffor is an entrepreneur, board member and the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Esports Business Network, the leading esports marketing group in Southeast Asia. Gaffor’s passion stems from improving the esports industry ecosystem for brands and communities. He specializes in esports marketing, growth strategies, revenue diversification and through EBN, aims to legitimize and expand the esports ecosystem globally and provide the ultimate platform for brands and advertisers to connect with the esports community.

After more than a decade in broadcast television with TV3 Malaysia and CNBC, Keith dived into the intersections of technology, gaming and consumer tech services, in marketing and business development roles with multinationals, SMEs and start-ups. He is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Publishing for games company GCL Global and an international news presenter for CNA.

Ts. Hamadlan is an IT expert with over 20 years of experience in IT services management, ITIL, method processes, strategic technology planning, and building cost-effective solutions to fulfil customer business objectives.

He holds a diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Malaya and Master Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He is also a member of the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT)

He began his career in the telecommunications industry in 2000 with Maxis Communication Berhad, followed by UMobile Sdn Bhd and overseas companies such as Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Saudi Arabia (ZAIN) and Kuwait Viva.

Throughout his career, he has worked on policy, strategic planning, IT service management, consultation, and a wide range of other initiatives. He returned to his hometown in December 2013 to work for SACOFA Sdn Bhd, where he developed and managed the operational transformation division, which encompassed the domains of the transformation strategy, transformation performance management, process transformation, and workflow automation.

Later, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA), where he oversaw collaboration between the state government, private sector, and the people in order to comply with the state’s Digital Economy strategies. Ts. Hamadlan was then appointed as Chief Technology at SDEC, where he is in charge of overseeing digital economy initiatives and network operations beginning November 2021.

Jonathan Smith joined irix in January 2019 as a Technical and Commercial Advisor and rose to the position of CEO in January 2022, fuelling irix's ambitions to lead the Digital Transformation in Sarawak. With a three-decade track record in global telecom infrastructure development and leadership, he's fervently dedicated to advancing fibre deployment.

Beginning his career at BT in the UK during the 1990s, he played a pivotal role in deploying the first SDH core networks. In the early 2000s, he joined Level 3 Communications and contributed to subsea fibre deployments across the Atlantic and Pacific. As fibre technology expanded, he led global consultancy projects for last-mile fibre access solutions. Notably, he spearheaded multimillion-dollar network modernisation programmes in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar.

As irix CEO, Jonathan has built a formidable team, blending local talent with international experts.
